Service Detail
Our St. Paul MN autism counseling is focused on helping the individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families navigate therapeutic, emotional, and behavioral struggles. Trained professionals assist clients in building coping skills, regulation of emotions, and healthier relationships. Our autism counseling helps resolve challenges like anxiety, self-esteem, social interaction, and communication problems. We serve both verbal and non-verbal individuals, making adjustments to meet developmental levels and cognitive functioning.
Involvement of the family is central to our model of counseling. We provide parent and caregiver sessions on counseling that involve stress management, learning about ASD behavior, and developing resilience. Sessions are organized but flexible to cater to the individual journey each family is going through with autism. Our counselors work with our ABA therapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists so that there is an integrated plan. No matter if the child is newly diagnosed or in transition to adulthood, our autism counseling encourages emotional resilience and lasting confidence.
